As always, I had a great time at north shore pole fitness! I got in a killer workout while feeling empowered and strong and really enjoyed being with the other people in the class! It's just a great environment

The class was well executed. Easy to understand. Teacher was enthusiastic and real which I find important. Made it fun but also realistic about how much it actually hurts 😅
