The instructors have a great sense of humor, make you feel welcomed, makes it a fun sexy environment and critique without coming off as a drill Sargent. Poling isn't easy but they boost your moral and confidence and don't sugar coat that it'll be easy but with hard work and practicing it makes it worth wild

I chose 10 because I felt very comfortable and supported by the teacher and others taking the class. The teacher was VERY talented I was so impressed. I was surprised how much it was like a dance class. But she really made a point to stop and walk us through each thing very graciously and kindly. The stretches were amazing, like I never learned how to do some correctly and wow did it make a difference. I liked that it was at night and the lighting in the studio was very calming. I wish there were more chair classes!

The teacher was incredibly inviting and made sure to show me alternatives to posesamd stretches that may be to hard to do as a beginner. Great and welcoming personality! Also, when I called to set up my first in person class the person I spoke with was so accommodating. Can't wait to try my first in person class and I'll be joining more virtual classes this week!
