Both classes I took, with both instructors (Jenny and Crystal), were amazing! Both instructors were high energy, engaging, encouraging, explained the movements well, and made it a very empowering environment for everyone! Loved it!

Every instructor I have had since day one has not only been wonder explaining each and every move in detail, but they have been kind supportive and a constant cheerleader. I have never experienced so much support during any type of sport.

Crystal made me feel comfortable while also making the class fun. She has a great sense of humor and I found her extremely relatable which helped calm my nerves that I always get before a new class. She explained everything we were doing so I never felt lost and honestly after that first class it makes me want to start all my mornings with that class. I tell all my girlfriends that they should check out NSPF, because there's such a variety of classes and the instructors are great.
