Truly and awesome environment. You will laugh, sweat, and achieve things you didn't know you would be able to. Crystal is great instructor who has expansive knowledge on form and technique. She breaks it down step by step and helps you make real time adjustments so you feel successful when you leave. It is clear she loves the sport and teaching it.
