NSPF has created a space that allows for so much progress, regardless of the reasons why you attend. Being in a studio where you are ENCOURAGED to embrace your own journey, embrace the way your own body moves. The expectation is to be you, and not the dancer next to you. The expectation is to grow into a person that you love. Each person is on their own journey but the community the surrounds this space celebrates with you, supports you, and travels on this journey with you. NSPF has allowed me to explore my body and how MY body connects with my movement. I have learned to love myself, my body and embodied the moto that my body is not for the pleasure if others, but for me. And only me. I dont want to know a world where my drunken choice to start classes was never offered. I liked myself before but, I love myself now.
