• I visit the spa when I vacation in Tahoe, and highly recommend the facials and spray tans. Bethany's microdermabrasion facials in particular, are effective and result-oriented. I always leave with glowing skin. The spa's spray tan is even and lasts! Makes me look like Ive just spent a week in Hawaii.
