Helen is the most amazing teacher. I have been doing Pilates with Helen for three years, and her classes always challenge me. They are always different and never boring. I am amazed at how creative she is in every session. Helen also has an amazing presence in the studio; you know she is with you, fully present with you and making sure everyone is getting the best from the workout. She is wonderful. I love Helen.
