Really great studio, equipment and instructor! Loved it thanks! Just didn't love the way the reformers are set up I'm used to them all facing one way not towards the middle :)

Consistently good teachers and classes that are challenging. Mels advanced class this morning was excellent- really well structured and prepared, targeted the whole body, slow controlled movement but really challenging and safe
