• Laura is phenomenal at what she does. She completely got rid of a horrible bog knot Id had in my shoulder for years! Her skill and knowledge is A class. Shes also got a lovely bubbly personality and makes you feel comfortable and in safe / good hands. I will be back if I have another issue in the future. Thank Laura :-)

• Every time I visit, the atmosphere is so warm and friendly. I have never been to a gym which combines laughter and hard work, but Nordic Balance has the perfect mix.
