Great energy, positivity and overall mind body experience. I would have given a 10 but I was recently at Barre but without the barre. I appreciate trying to accommodate as many people as possible but at some point too many can make the experience less optimal. Same with strength and not having access to weights when the class is over crowded. Overall love nooma. I hope this feedback is helpful.
