So happy I found this place!
I had my lashes done for the first time somewhere else and they put on super long ones that I didn't not like.
I had to get them removed asap and was able to book an appt online same day.
Kelsey is a pro! So gentle and patient. Took the crazy lashes off without damaging my natural lashes.

I have to write about Noir again because I've been going here for years now. I refuse to go anywhere else or with any other lash technician because Lea is the best. My lashes always look natural, full, and perfect! Plus they last forever. Im so grateful I found this place all those years ago!

I booked a service for today, Sunday, October 22. I was really looking forward to having my lashes done; however, the technician was so rude and did not make me feel comfortable that I walked out. I am really disappointed because not only was I not able to get my lashes done, but I felt that the technician did not want to be there and was not interested in doing lashes. I hope someone reads this.

Lea is fantastic. I've had other but Lea is the best. Eyelashes last. Some others have done it but lashes fell out within two days. Btw, they were great in providing another appt complimentary.

I love this salon. Lea did an absolutely beautiful and meticulous job on my lashes. She put me totally at ease and made spot on recommendations about length and placement. Every lash is perfectly placed, no wonky ones and no extra glue in my eyes. I got a nice little nap in too while she worked. Highly recommend, I come in every time I'm in town. Thank you!

I unfortunately can't remember my tech's name (extremely nice African American woman) but she did a wonderful job with my Le Fling back in September. It took 30 minutes and lasted 6 weeks! I was careful (slept on my back, tried not to cry haha and washed my face very carefully) but I'm so thrilled with the result.
I don't live in town so my strategy was just get them and see how long I could make them last. Now that they're off my natural lashes look fine (no damage or breakage or gaps) just a little short compared to their augmented alter egos haha.
I definitely recommend Le Fling for a natural but enhanced look. Next time I may look into a liiittle more fullness in the middle of my lash line, but they gave me a great amount of subtle Markle sparkle while still being appropriate for my office job. 12/10 recommend, can't wait to get back in town and do it again. I wanted to like this place but my lashes fall out every time I get them done after about a week. Also, you can get in touch with anyone... I tried to call today to tell them my dog was sick and I couldn't make it but no answer and a $40 charge on my credit card. SMH.. they don't send reminders for appointments, don't call of even email a reminder. I feel like they should have a better business model. I'll go somewhere else now.

Aug 20, 2021Previous reviewGot my lashes done a week ago and 80% are already gone. It's not the lash techs fault she was great! They clearly need different adhesive! My last lash place was amazing! Going back there... this spot gets 2 stars only because my lash person was the sweetest!

I have become addicted to lash extensions because of this place. Lea is amazing as she not only does an amazing job on my eyelashes and eyebrows, she does them quickly and very professionally. I go back regularly.

I've been a client for quite some time and have a fully formed opinion on this place which is distinguished by it's lack of customer orientation. Reason for this opinion is this:
1) 8/10 technicians are generally unfriendly / apathetic and robotic in disposition. There are exceptions but typically you don't feel like you're valued;
2) One time i shared feedback about finding their loud, disco-music playing at my 10am Saturday appointment unpleasant (when i'm alone at the place, too!). Was informed that "that is just our policy" and "our typical customer likes it" and "even if you're alone there, that's still our policy";
3) Every 2 mo, the place adds a $35 mandatory "cleaning" to regular lash maintenance - this is not based in any objective assessment / specific to customer - just a blanket upcharge;
4) lash longevity / quality was on and off - sometimes pretty good and sometimes off. you can't select a technician when booking so it's totally up to chance;
5) Recent round of price raises was non-transparent / no communication as to why this decision was made.
On top of that, when i would share my feedback / concerns in the past, occasionally a person would call and plain argue with me - tell me how i'm just "not getting it". I never received even a mere recognition that my feedback and concerns are valid, let alone any action taken to improve my experience.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1Business owner information

Oksana I am the owner and I can confirm that yes, you absolutely have been a long-time client and I am so sorry this exchange came across as a lack of appreciation for your loyalty to us so please allow me to explain
1) I am sorry you feel this. Personally I find them warm, perky and do focus on hiring with a customer service oriented profile. Most of the girls at this location also do our calls as their demeanor is rather bubbly however, what one person might find friendly might not be enough for another so I can see that we might have a difference in opinion here.
2) I personally review all feedback as it goes to my inbox and you have complained about your services many more times than the once. I am not here to "shame" or prove a point so obviously won't screenshot your comments here, but will confidently refute this as all reviews are attached to your client file and generally, you have been quite unhappy with our work (and again, I want to add, that is perfectly valid and we read these and hear you and strive to provide what our clients want of us - more on this later!)
3) Now more than ever with COVID rampant I will not back down on our hygiene policies. A deep clean or removal is required here every 2 months and with so many options out there, you do NOT have to follow our hygiene protocols and choose somewhere with a better fit instead
4) Yes that is correct. I have managed teams of mainly women staff for more than 14 years and the amount of domestic abuse, harassment and assault I have seen makes me stand firm that I will not make it easy to access names and work schedules. I am so sorry it is inconvenient to write their name instead in the comment box or call or text in but it is my responsibility to create a safe space here. As a victim of a stalker myself, this is an issue I will NOT budge on.
5) I began posting about this in emails and social media back in January. I included it in almost every email for 8 months as well including why we have done so. I feel eight months notice was ample time and unfortunately we are still chipping away at the massive debt we incurred having been mandated shut for almost ten whole months.
Now let's loop back to #2 where you said you only shared feedback once and now have admitted you have shared it more often in the past. You have been unhappy with our work and we absolutely understand that. We have then asked why you return when we have attempted various other ways to do your lashes but with little concrete guidance. A service like ours is a two-way street where we try and do what you tell us (it really is as simple as that) and as their boss, it is also my job to ensure to ensure my team is being led to do great things. Truly - I just want an awesome, happy team of individuals striving to do their best. It's no secret that COVID has absolutely demoralized our industry and many others, so when they came to me with your case (with genuine concern) that they weren't able to make you happy, I brought up a simple solution: Have you told this client that you no longer know how to make her happy?
It is not in my best interest to lose a client, but it's also poor business practice to constantly make a client unhappy and at the same time leave my staff discouraged, confused and perplexed when they are unable to meet a client's expectations. No one goes into this and finds joy or satisfaction making anyone unhappy. We are in the service industry for a reason. Our purpose is simple: to serve and bring joy. Quite honestly, we are all people pleasers, So looping back again as you said above, you were never happy with so many things about us as a company, our policies. I wrote the text saying simply that and asking from a placee of pure sincerity and also curiosity.
I was concerned we were not meeting your expectations and then you got upset and said I was not being "friendly" and when we explained and merely pointed all the points you said above you seem surprised that we thought it wasn't a good fit. You yourself have listed all our faults above and again my question is, if you feel that we are a 2-star experience and have been constantly unhappy with us, why you choose to return? Again I appreciate your business but I cannot in good faith as a leader continue to allow this interaction. My staff are demoralized, they feel they are doing are best and are being told by you they are not and so from an outsider perspective, this isn't a very healthy relationship, nor is it productive for my team nor is it compatible for you. If our policies and protocols are as you've said above so awful, and I openly said I was sorry we haven't been meeting your expectations and hoped to open a conversation and point out, hey maybe we aren't a good fit because well, you have plainly said so, and I have heard you.

I got my very first set of lash extensions done by Kylee here and they were perfect! Just what I wanted - natural and not too over-the-top! Kylee took her time, explained the process to me and made sure I was happy with the final results!!
The missing stars here are due to my second visit three weeks later for a fill, which was not nearly as positive. I do not have the name of my tech from this visit - for one, because she was less than warm/friendly, but the online system also does not let you specify a person. When my session was done, I felt dismissed unlike my first visit and my lash line was irritated (felt like pinching) for a week following - I almost considered just having them removed completely. Also, the lashes began falling out and turning sideways after just a few days - they looked crazy and no amount of brushing would get them back to normal!
I thought I had found a gem, but not all lashists are created equal at this spot. I am moving on, but if you want to try Noir, book with Kylee!!

First I’m happy to hear you loved Clarissa (Kylee is our superstar receptionist) but secondly I’m so sorry you were disappointed by your follow up appointment.
