• I did a brow tint and fill and this was my first time doing a brow tint at noir. I automatically loved how it turned out as soon as I looked in the mirror. I will definitely get my brow tints done here from now on! Kyla did my tint and she did an amazing job. I also came in for a fill right after and I am thankful for noir to be able to do the tint and fill at the same visit. I aways recommend Noir when my friends ask for lash places.
