I have taken several classes there and while not every type of class is my style, the instructors are truly informed and excellent in their instruction. I'mnever disappointed when I take a class at this studio.

NoDa Yoga is the BEST yoga studio in Charlotte. The variety of teachers and classes is fantastic. All the teachers are welcoming and supportive. I cannot even count the number of people I have referred to NoDa Yoga who provided the same response. 10/10 for 4 years in a row!
