I love this gym. I'm an original member and have worked out at many gyms over the years. NL is clean, big, and has all the equipment I need
No limits and their trainers are amazing
Forget the teachers name but whoever ran the Flow class on June 10th from 4:15-5:15 she was amazing. Made me feel very comfortable and confident
because the trainer was very good. and the staff are friendly and helpful.
