I love participating in the yoga classes at Nkisoy Yoga. The Studio classes are wonderful and not overly crowded. The teachers are professional and knowledgeable. At present, I am continuing my practice via the Nkisoy ZOOM Yoga classes (NJ State stay-at-home directive). Despite the restrictions Nicole somehow creates a peaceful environment as I continue my yoga practice in my home. When the Studio opens again I will definitely be there...
