Crystal was so attentive to our needs. She saw I was overheating and moved the heater and later brought me a cold rag well before class was over. Such sweet and inviting people there. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in the door. Geneva is really great too. I wish I lived in Jonesboro so I could visit more often but you guys are well worth the 50 minute drive!

Everyone was welcoming and nice and the workouts have been great!
Ahhhhh! Genevieve was the best. She led a class that was physically challenging, and mentally refreshing. She gave perfect verbal cues as to what I should be doing. She is a wonderful teacher. I wish I lived close to attend her classes.
