• Your employees were especially thoughtful, friendly, competant and welcoming! They made.our treatments special...I was greeted by Zahra! Both facial treatments were excellant and you open float room was amazing too! We were 4 min away by car but spent 45 min looking.for your spot as GPS keep taking us in circles. GPS service was unstable.in that area. It ended up being stressful getting to the appt. I'm from out of town but look forward to another visit when I return...Finding your location and finding parking.was quite diffucult on Dec 19th & 20th as access to your position in building is thru Founding Fathers Garage & Restaurant...the problem also garage was backed up by poor design to many cars leaving at same time with blocking us from entering because their machine to accept payment was broken.. your team at Ninotch made up for all hassle getting there. Great service from very knowledgeable staff! Mahalo!

• Victoria gives the best facials of anyone who has ever given facials in human history. She is a goddess and a queen. A+ work, going to recommend to all my friends. My skin and my heart are glowing. Also the receptionist Jessica was very nice.
