• I am suprised that there are no holiday decorations or a tree. All of the other places I go to at this time of the year have something that makes us as customers feel bright, and is a tribute and appreciation to us. It is depressing to feel tha I am going into a place of business that does not offer warmth and good cheer, just the day to day surroundings .

• Hannah was excellent. Been bothered by nerve and muscles issues in upper back/left shoulder. Hannah spent time listening to exactly where my discomfort and restrictions were and then she focused on that area exclusively for the duration of the massage. My range of motion improved immediately and the pain decreased significantly. I highly recommend massage therapy at Ninotch with Hannah. I'll be back soon.
