• The employees were so friendly and attentive to my boys, helping them set up custom obstacles that were appropriate to their size but still fun and challenging. And they did it with seemingly genuine interest and enthusiasm. They cheered them on, offered suggestions and explanations, and treated them with patience and kindness. We weren't going to continue our family membership because of the price, but after seeing the quality of what it pays for, I feel it's well worth the price. :)

• I thought the place was awesome. I did notice that the people working mostly sat in the middle of the gym talking to each other. It would have been nice If they spread out and showed kids how to do the equipment.
