• My daughter was attending a bday party so I was in the red party area with the parents. While I was standing there chitchatting with the adults I noticed a kid about 10yo hiding behind a structure by himself that looked upset. So did one of the employees walking by at that moment (long curly-ish brown hair who was leading the kids activities that day-wish I knew his name to give him proper credit) and he immediately went over to him and checked in on him. Asked him if he was hiding, if he was ok, introduced himself by name should he need anything but in such a way that didnt make the kid embarrassed or singled out. The way the employee handled it was really awesome, so welcoming and reassuring but still respectful of whatever the kid was going through at that moment. I was super impressed.
