PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARDWORKING MONEY HERE!!!!!
Lash technician have no clue what there doing there.. had the worst experience, my lashes were glued together, lash extension were glued to close to my lids, every time I blinked I feel an irritation. Had a conversation with the technician told me they were booked up for the day and refuse to address the problem and owner called my phone and REFUSES to give me a refund
PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!
Technician didn't wash or sanitize hands or tweezer before start lashes neither.
I wasted $85 and had to pay $55 to remove it and do a complete full set $190 at another beauty bar.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Irene L.Markham, Canada91Mar 19, 2018
First time write a negative review, Service not good at all, what the girl did the job was BAD, she did really fast .. 45mins finished, but the shape is bad, my eye feeling uncomfortable after, also they cost me $180 "Siberian Mink Lashes", but ended up they gave me the hard and bad material lashes, that made my eyes feel so uncomfortable, absolutely not the SOFT and WEIGHTLESS lashes that they show me before the job.
And I requested that I want ROUND shape, but she ended up did all SAME LENGTH on my lashes, that's looked so fake. Not enough one week, it already drop few lashes WITH my real lashes together !! So terrible experience, I gonna take it off tomorrow .. never never go to this shop again !!!!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Nadene C.Sterling Heights, MI2787Oct 30, 2017
Great job on my lashes. Was my first time getting lashes done. It was explained well and time was taken to ensure i got what i wanted. Honesty and integrity are pivotal for lash places and not just the cost. This place really showed that they care and did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to come back here

Ok, so I don't like having to do this at all but I really don't recommend this place.
I would have, my first experience here was great, but the 2 since were horrific.
1st off, they didn't last as long as I was told they would. I asked for a C11, not super long and I'm Siberian Mink to look more natural as this was only the second time I'd tried lashes but this was much closer to where I live now. $180 for lashes that fell out after 10 days, so my "refill" 3 weeks later was a full set.
2nd, while I understand childcare issues, I had specifically booked a Thursday evening before a wedding I was attending. The girl I usually have was now not available so I had one of her colleagues do the work. She had asked me to move my appointment to the following day and when I re-explained I had to have it for the wedding she passed me on to her co worker.
This particular worker not only spent less than half an hour doing the full set, but when I woke up the next morning, my eyelids had glue all over them and my lashes were glued to each other! Because I didn't have time to go back before the wedding, I put up with them. Sunday morning in the shower, I lost a few lashes, but by Tuesday, I had chunks missing. By this point I refused to even go back to this place because this had never happened. However I ended up going to a friends lash girl the following weekend to get them fixed! After she removed them (it took her 2 hours, because she was worried I'd lose more of my natural lashes - the girl had glued multiple fake lashes to my natural lash - and she warned me that replacing them to fill in the spaces may not last because my lashes were brittle from all the glue they'd used. Surprisingly, her set lasted longer than any set I ever had from Nine.
Basically, don't spend the money here. Go somewhere else where they spend the time and actually care about their clientele.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Julia P.Vaughan, Canada792Jul 29, 2015
It sucks to be the first to write a negative review. But I reminded of my horrible experience with this place every day looking a myself for over a month now. Couple month ago we were leaving for vacation, and I decided to get lashes done. I had them done before but the place was't close to where I live now. So I found this place here, with 3 (at the time) positive reviews.
I went with siberian mink, and they did look good after the application. I was really happy walking away. However about a week and a half later lashes that were promised to stay a bit longer fell off, almost completely, I only have a few lashes left, when i came back from 2 weeks vacation. I called the salon a day or two after, with hopes to at least get for a refill with barely any lashes left, I saw that my lashes fell off with the extensions as well, but didn't realize how bad things were at that time. Anyways, explained what happened, she found my name and visit date and I was told that "I am with a client now, I will call you back" And that call back never happened.
After the rest of the lashes fell off I realized that most of my own long (before the extensions) lashes were gone with them. I look horrible now. It's been a month but they don't seem to be growing back. I really hope they will. I had extensions before, but I was never left looking like that when they fell out. I never really noticed any change in my lashes until this time
The girl doing my lashes told me she normally does hair, so i guess that might be the reason? But the other girl (Shellyza?) was there all the time, and I believe she was the one on the phone
when I called.
Things can go wrong. I get it. I didn't rush to write this. I was hoping the salon would do at least something to get it right. I called for that reason. But no, seems they just don't care.Helpful 10Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - T C.Streetsville, Mississauga, Canada01Jun 5, 2018
Horrible. I've been trying to decide if I wanted to even bother leaving a review, but decided that other girls deserve to be warned. To begin, my lashes were glued right to my eyelid. I was in such pain and trying not to scratch my eyes for over a week. I didn't want to go back to them because of their RIDICULOUS customer service (so I ended up going to the lady i'm with now who spent over and hour and a half trying to just take the lashes off and remove them from my skin. That also costs more money to have other places lashes removed but I refused to go back to Nine Beauty).
I showed up to my appointment early and waited patiently. Who ever the girl is that did my lashes strolled in nonchalantly when the appointment was supposed to have already begun with a coffee in her hand chatting to her friends and disregarding me completely. While my eyes were closed, the lash "tech" decided to chat to the other workers instead of even slightly attempting to have any report with me (nor did the other techs with their clients). While they were chatting away and I was left ignored, I had nothing else to do but listen to what they were saying, and all they did was judge other women in their lives. If you ask me, that's unprofessional and makes me wonder if they were judging me and other clients while we are left vulnerable with our eyes closed. Everything felt rushed and not cared for. She also didn't bother to make sure the glue was dry before I was to open my eyes. She told me that burning was normal (news flash: it's not, and it's painful).
After all of that the prices that were listed were different than what I actually paid. I paid a little less than listed but the fact is, I was clueless to any promotion or change in price and that inconsistency equals a lack of transparency all circling back to poor customer service. While talking about customer service, who ever the receptionist is needs a lesson on how to talk to people in person and on the phone without being condescending. When I called to make an appointment, it shouldn't be a burden considering this is a business that is trying to be ran. Overall I was uncomfortable, ignored, put through pain unnecessarily and left with spider lashes after a week.
Ladies, save your money, do your research and don't settle. Would NOT recommend this establishment to ANYONE.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Adelene S.Mississauga, Canada3132Sep 19, 2016
Very disappointed, definitely not worth the price I paid. Didn't ask what length of lashes I wanted. It turned out to be too long and sparse. Worst part was when my credit card got charged twice and had to book an appointment to get a refund. When I came, they didn't even ask for my credit card. Refund could have been done over the phone. Such a waste of my time. The refund I received was only for the service I had. The tip was withheld. At the end of the day its like giving them tip twice. Not going back here anymore. Such a rip off!

Use a proper magnifying mirror and you will see many lashes clumped together and glued to one of your own eyelashes. A big no no from top eyelash technicians. There is a new 3D way of doing something similar to that to give you a fuller effect but this is not what she was doing for me. This is one of those fairly well decorated, clean, well put together quaint little salons that gives an unsuspecting person the impression that the technician probably knows what she is doing. There are a lot of these places popping up but if you care about the health of your natural lash beneath the eyelash extensions, this is not the place for you. She talks a lot, and sometimes this can be a distraction for her. Sometimes less talking, stopping and gesturing can result in more lashes being applied individually instead of having to rush and put many lashes on one eyelash. Some people work better when they talk less while working. Also, most people like to have their lashes done in the privacy of a room. At this salon, you are literally on display on a table where anyone walking or driving by can see you laying on the table. There is a partition that is used if you request it or for those that want privacy for the Botox or fillers.
Now where the fillers are concerned, I am no expert, but I did not like the fact that it was obvious to me that her cheeks were done. I personally think fillers should look natural. It does not look natural on most celebrities so I guess it has been perfected yet. The filler was just too obvious. Be very careful when it comes to your body, especially your face.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
