• I wasn't sure what my experience would be like, but it turned out better than I imagined. I tried the 30 minute float to experiment. Next time I would do anhour. It is a great way to be alone with yourself and with your thoughts. No distractions. I realized how tense I was. Your mind has to be open to the process.It is worth it.
