• Great trainers/staff, very clean facility and the fact that you see results from all your hard workouts is always a plus. I've been to other gyms where the trainers just push you and don't listen to you, but at NGTC, they work with you and make sure you are doing the workouts correctly so you don't get hurt. Also, if you have an injury or aren't able to complete an exercise, they make adjustments to fit your needs.
