• Such a relief to get treatment by Bryan at Newstead Remedial Massage. I don't think I'd be able to keep training if Bryan wasn't there to come to the rescue to help with tight/sore/knotted muscles! He always seems able to get right to the root of the problem, which isn't always where the obvious pain is.
