• All four parties involved... ( 2 women for facials and ( one woman, one man) for massages ) were happy with their experiences. Side note to the above ... my thanks to the staff ( Fran ) for helping me work out a simultaneous schedule for four people !!!! ( was celebrating a 70th birthday ). Clearly on two separate contacts .. Fran was able to adjust things and pull in the necessary manpower to allow for multiple " same time " appt. slots .... an important part of making our personal celebration work seamlessly. • It was my first visit and it was an impressive one. The people were friendly and helpful. Kim gave me the best face wax I've ever had. The receptionist at the Spa was very attentive. Overall, it was an experience I'm anxious to repeat.
