Newport Permanent Makeup

Debbie did an incredible job covering up my scar. She took the time it took... three sessions. Never did she seem rushed or troubled that she had to see me multiple times. Her assistant Ligia is also super on top of things--great with scheduling and explaining after care. I am so grateful to them!

Debbie is correcting a bad job done on my eyebrows. While it has cost me more than I can really afford or expected, she has done an excellent job in making my eyebrows look a lot better.

Her staff is also excellent and they are using all CDC guidelines in the office

I don't write many reviews, but I had to write this one. I've gotten my eyeliner and eyebrows tattooed before, but Debbie TATTOOED them. They are perfect. Absolutely perfect. If you're thinking about doing it, this is absolutely the place to go.

I asked for the address because last time I used I didn't I followed an expired address. They texted me an incorrect address that doesn't even exist which I was looking for for 15 minutes (933 Dover st) which is when I just gave up to go into a building that google said was the address (901 Dover st) . Which is when she called to let me know that she can't take me anymore. I drove over an hour took time off work. Just so I could be rudely told that they don't have time for me.. do they not check the texts before they send them? Don't they check the texts when the client is a little late to make sure they didn't send the wrong address? She even texted me after did she not see the typo she made? They didn't even believe me when I said they sent me that address was implying I was lying. They could have been a lot more understanding and professional! The whole time both of Ligia and the older blonde owner's (Debbie) voices was very rude and raised! Honestly was not expecting this from them. So sad I wasted so much money and time on a place that stoops so low as to talk rudely and very loud not caring about manners and being professional. The owner only started correcting the way she was speaking after I informed her that the call was being recorded. All of the sudden she lowers her voice and starts attempting to be more professional. It's incredible night and day how people act when they think they won't be recorded. And to top it all off she won't offer me a refund for my eyeliner touch up... (I don't feel comfortable having her tattoo my eye after both of them yelling at me.) I'm supposed to "go back and have the rude yelling woman tattoo my eyeliner which is right next to my eyeball! Getting the tattoo is torture enough but getting it from someone who was so rude and degrading is just on some other level! Very sad outcome of my money spent. Also the test spot she did was way off and didn't match my skin tone so now I'm left with this weird dark spot of skin which people notice. And my eyeliner is patchy and crooked so embarrassing

My expectations have been exceeded. While my scars were faint, the loss of pigment made me feel like I was constantly hiding. I was never at ease, always pulling my hair forward. The tattoo looks so natural and now I feel so much more confident. I'm not surprised now that there is a wait for the beautiful work. The TLC and excellent customer care was refreshing. The whole process was tremendously positive. I highly recommend that anyone looking to correct scars look no further!

I am absolutely in love with my permanent eyeliner treatment with Debbie Miller. I was so nervous about the pain and outcome. It didn't hurt a bit. She took the time to understand my goals, was ultimately conservative to give me a natural, classic look. Debbie is meticulous about her artistic design and I am so in love. I wake up looking naturally refreshed and long gone are the days of 4pm eyeliner smudge giving me a tired, worn-down look. She is organized, runs on time, and is a true expert at her craft. Ligia her assistant is so helpful and was a resource from the booking to the aftercare follow-up. I can't wait to do my brows! Thank you Newport Permanent Makeup!

Debbie is truly amazing! She has taken huge dedication and perfection in helping me get beautifully shaped brows back after a near fatal accident I suffered through. Not only is she amazing at what she does, she is kind, humble, and an amazing woman. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease and I'm thankful for her and my brows are thankful for her! She knows how to work through and perfect areas that I had scar tissue until it becomes perfect. Her assistant Ligia is also super sweet, kind and on top of things! Love them both. And don't forget about Chloe, the cutest pup in the office. :)

Debbie is the absolute best in the business. I had been hesitant to fix my naturally uneven lip line for years for fear that the color would not match the rest of my lips, but the color she created blends perfectly so that you can't even tell I had anything done. It just looks natural! I would not hesitate to refer any of my friends or family to her. She's a consummate professional, and her medical assistant, Ligia, is a true gem! Thank you!

I recently called Newport Permanent Makeup to schedule an appointment, I spoke to Kristin the office manager who was extremely professional and understood my urgent trip, unfortunately they were all booked which I knew since Debbie is one of the leading experts in the field of permanent makeup. I was highly recommended to Debbie at Newport Permanent Makeup when I went through cancer 14 years ago and continued seeing her, if you are considering doing any Permanent Makeup, this is the place in Orange County., and Debbie is truly an artist.

I emailed Debbie and explained my unexpected trip and my urgency, she was extremely compassionate and considerate. I was so happy she replied back promptly, the next day Kristin (Office Manager) called me and said Debbie wants to schedule an immediate appointment for me even if she has to work through her lunch time to squeeze me in with her busy schedule.
