• I love the calm, friendly, no pressure energy at NYN. I appreciate the teachers' focus on mobility v. strict adherence to wrenching ourselves into poses, which has caused me multiple injuries in the past. Most of the teachers I've practiced with are soulful and creative. It feels like a gathering of Savannah's best yoga teachers, and I'm so glad to be part of the studio!
