• New Yoga Now has an open and peaceful environment–I've never met anyone there who doesn't leave smiling! The yoga practiced there is serious without being stuffy, challenging for the body without forgetting about the needs of the mind, and the teachers are passionate about what they teach and how they teach it. New Yoga Now has helped me to connect more deeply with my body and feel more comfortable in my own skin than I ever have!
