• I live in Albany, NY and was looking for a 75 minute online Yin class. I have some experience with Yin and knew what I wanted in a class. This class was great -it met my expectations for Yin. One recommendation: Be mindful of the sound and video. The video is a little grainy -too far from instructor (?)- and when the instructor lays down the audio was muffled.
