• I workout ALOT and that was BRUTAL… need more of that in my life… and towels lol… cleanup on aisle me! Seriously though best yoga flow I’ve had in awhile… I’ve been bouncing around to the various studios in town and I’m really impressed with everything from the instructors to the clean atmosphere to the whole vibe…

• I enjoyed the class! I’m into inversions, so it was nice to take a heated less intense class. It was calming to me. I definitely got my workout, because my upper body is sore!
