• I have not taken a yoga class in many years. My yoga instructor Mike Pope did not disappoint at all. He was very informative on what other moves I could make to help me get the most our of my class .He made the hour go by quickly and very pleasantly for my first time in years. I would definitely come back to his class. Please tell him thank you for me. He did a great job.
