• This was my first waxing session and full body massage at New Serenity Spa. Making the appointment was a pleasant experience. Upon my arrival.at the Spa, I was greeted by Stephanie who was very friendly and helpful with completing the required paperwork. Sabrina performed the waxing service, and she was extremely careful, thorough and pleasant. That was followed by a very relaxing massage by April, who knew just precisely where to apply enough pressure to relieve all of the muscle pains I have been experiencing. This was a totally wonderful experience and is a great value for the money. I look forward to repeating these treatments in the near future. I recommend both Sabina and April and the New Serenity Spa to anyone looking for a very clean, quiet and welcoming atmosphere, a very experienced, conscientious and professional staff, and those who are looking to be pampered. • New Serenity spa is by far the best massage spot I've been to, and I'm a bit of a spa junkie. Karen is just incredible! Her deep tissue is unlike any other and the environment of the spa is relaxing, welcoming and professional. It may be in a strip mall, but don't let that dissuade you! Thanks new serenity, I'll be back every time I'm in town; you're fabulous!!

• My mother and I was greated with smiling faces. There was a spot to get water, coffee, and tea. The aroma thearapy in the lobby which made everything welcoming and relaxing. I didnt have to wait long. This was my first time getting a massage and facial.i am definately coming here again.
