• great facial and eyebrow wax, need to display at the info abut your products so know what they are for and how much they cost .your receptions are not customer service trained. they are my only complaint about the spa .

• My therapist actually gave me a deep tissue massage. It hurt like hell and was exactly what I wanted, no one ever goes hard enough and she did and it was amazing!

• Annika was AMAZING!!!!! She is very likely my long lost sister, we had so many things in common and I felt so special and taken care of. I did have a slight hiccup regarding the charge for my tip - I said to leave $50 on my card, and I think I wasn’t heard correctly as only $15 was actually charged. I will be calling the Spa on Monday to rectify this mistake. Annika should get a million dollar tip but sadly I dont have a million dollars. LOL I WILL be back and will always request Annika!!!!
