  • Relaxing quiet and calm atmosphere. I've never had a problem while going to New Image. The girl that also answered the phone the day before was soo polite in her answering skills, which is Important to me. I can not stand contacting a place and the first person you encounter "hold". When contacting I received, " I'm sorry, but would you please hold." And when she returned "I'm sorry about the wait, what can I help you with?" It is such a little thing but makes an SUBSTANTIAL difference!! With that beings said, GREAT JOB!!
