From the start of consultation with Dr Mall. I feel heard and I can tell him hat he is very knowledgeable about the particular laser I made an appointment for. I was also happy to know that Dr Mall is one of the doctors that is very approachable but very professional. The medical assistants at his office from the front desk to the ladies that prepped me up for the treatment has been very comforting and without no attitude what so ever. I have never seen encountered an office full of kind people. This is very rare to me. It's understandable because they are working with different people day in and day out. But I am speaking from observation and I am glad that I found this place. I feel that they are all genuine and competent.
