I paid way too much to someone who barely spent 30 minutes on my hair.....my hair didn't look pretty at all. I ended up having someone else fix my hair when I got home.

Excellent service, shampoo and blow drying. The stylist, Daniela, listened and followed exactly what I wanted before an event.

I normally love Le Boudoir but the stylist I had this time completely rushed me. My hair looked unfinished and when I asked her to finish it she said her next client was here. However I had booked a 30 minute blow dry and still had 7 minutes left. That is not the way to treat a customer!

I'm dying to love this place as it's so convenient to my house. Unfortunately I keep encountering an upset each time I visit - poor customer service, snooty receptionists, stylists running 15+ min late, not paying clients any mind unless they're a regular. I also have chronic neck and back pain and regardless of how I express to the stylist that she needs to easily accommodate this, it hasn't happened.

The demeanor of this place is snobby but it's a cheap place to get a blow out. I think it's a rip off for 42 dollars- I had to tell my stylist what product to use and she stared at herself in the mirror the entire time while doing my hair. The hair brushes were not clean. My hair was brushed with someone else's hair in the brush. It was an awkward and unpleasant experience. I won't be going back. I thought this would be a good alternative to when my regular stylist at another salon is not available but this was a dud for sure.

I've had two high-quality blowouts here recently. The first time I stopped by it was super last minute (I called on a busy Saturday afternoon, and they were able to squeeze me in before I headed to a wedding that evening). That service was quick and excellent. The second visit I waited all of 2 minutes before I went back for a wash. Style lasted in both cases for a week. Couldn't be happier, and returning in just a few days.

Fabulous ! They are open SEVEN DAYS A WEEK. This is a great chic blow dry bar.
They have friendly staff and for busy women the Sunday and Monday hours are FABULOUS!!
The blow outs are wonderful as is this staff .
It's pricy and on the high side . They book up fast on the weekends so call early and a few days ahead. Super staff and fabulous hours . Open 7 days a week. They do make up too!

I was very disappointed with the customer service here, especially since I had heard good things and had hoped to find a quality blow dry salon so close to home.
The first time I visited, the blow dry I received was pretty good. The woman at the front desk was kind, and I had enjoyed the experience. I ordered the discounted package of 3 that they offer to new clients, knowing I'd be back.
When I wanted to make an appointment to return for my second visit, I called four times on a Thursday and was met each time by the answering machine. Finally, I just left a voicemail requesting an appointment for Friday morning. The receptionist called me back and left a voicemail saying a 9:30am was open and to just return her call to confirm I would be there. I called back ten minutes later, and was of course once again met by the voice of an answering machine. I left a message saying I would be there for the 9:30 appointment, unless I heard otherwise from them.
That Friday morning I rushed off a work call to dash to my appointment on time. I was told by the girl at the front desk that my appointment wasn't in the book. I told her about the phone tag, she sighed and said that the girl taking appointments on Thursday is her assistant and isn't "really good", and there was no other opening. I asked her if there was nothing else they could do, and she told me the following (with quite the attitude): "I work here almost every day of the week, and I needed a day off. The girl isn't good that works Thursdays, and mistakes happen. Sorry." She then dismissed me with that.
Here you have a repeat client that is returning for a service you can no longer offer her, and that's how you apologize? How about an offer to comp a blow dry for the error? Or perhaps a percentage off a service? "I'm so sorry that we inconvenienced you Mrs. XYZ, but we'd love to make it up to you. Since you can't make a later appointment time today, could we offer you one this weekend? We'll take 20% off your service for the inconvenience." Anything to indicate that you wanted my business and for me to return. Instead, I received an attitude and barely an apology. I think the salon has a long way to go with managing dissatisfied clients in the future. Had the worst experience tonight. Had an appointment at 5:00pm and showed up at 5:09, usually they are running about 10 minutes late anyways so I did not think it was a big deal and was told they were unable to do my blow dry due to their late policy saying anything more than 10 minutes in which it wasn't as the entire staff was standing at the desk with no one inside, started talking about their person lives and was extremely unprofessional. I come to many of the locations and was never notified about this late policy and even if it was true I was within the time limit anyways.
