• Being a new client to Crystal, it was a challenge for both of us because of the unknown. But her genuine personality shows her compassion and her care for her clients which makes the experience extra ordinary. This included the conversation we were having. She wanted me to know her as well as for her to know me. She really wanted to listen to me in how I wanted my hair cut and was very understanding in providing me that specific cut. She also gave me information on different products I could use in my hair. This was helpful but at that time I was unable to purchase any products. We are all creature of habits and I did not want to switch hairstylists. But due to unforeseen circumstance of my previous hairstylist, I had to make that change. Crystal made that transition a marvelous experience. Her skills and love of people were outstanding. Thank you Crystal for making me feel special. I will definitely continue with her. I must not forget the other staff the friendly front receptionist and the appearance of the spa. The decor is warm and inviting with a clean atmosphere. Hair products that are recommended by the hairstylists are displayed easily for clients to browse. Of course the cost of cut and style is reasonable compare to other facilities.
