• All was good with the pedicure and Clair my nail technician was very nice and very skilled. My only complaint (or problem) was getting up from the chair. It would have been much easier for me as an eighty year old person if there would have been some kind of support or rail to assist with standing up after the pedicure. Probably not a big deal for younger folks but since most of our friends are not young, it's something to consider. Thanks you JB

• The receptionist was lovely and helpful getting me in at the last minute. My stylist was so friendly and helpful when I wasn't giving much direction. I got exactly what I wanted without really even guiding her.
