Came here for a birthday treat and not bad...The access itself was great. I arrived early to get in a good workout at the hotel gym. In which it was just that, they have a full and I do mean full gym including cycle bikes, tvs on each cardio machine....the works.

I then moved back up to the gym for my first shower, which was nothing short of amazing! There were shower heads coming from each direction and the pressure was awesome! Because of all of the water, it maybe what caused the slow drain. But again the shower itself was clean and did I mention amazing :)

Next was my massage, which was just ok. If I returned, I don't think I'd go with my therapist again. Not enough pressure even for a Swedish and some of her comments were not so great.

I finished my time with some time in the steam room...again amazing!

The young lady at the front desk was outstanding. Once she found out it was my birthday she brought me over a glass of bubbly :)

Overall, I'll be back!!!

I had an amazing experience at Neu Lotus. The facility is extreme clean and modern. Everything you need is provided. Greg was a great masseuse and really paid attention to the pressure I asked for. He was also very personable and I enjoyed getting to talk with him for a bit. My pedicure was fun and well done. Tamika was through and great to talk to. I then had tea and watched the fish in the relaxation room and then had lunch at the pool and used the whirlpool. All excellent. I showered where all amenities including a razor and the most amazing jets I've ever experienced. I ended with a stream in the wonderful eucalyptus and wa fully relaxed when I left. Everyone was so helpful. I have been to a few Red Door spas and I enjoyed this experience more. Thanks!

I really liked this spa, it's probably the biggest hotel-spa I have visited. I love the facial and the massage! My review is lacking one star because the spa manicure was substandard and not worth the $50 price tag. I had to file my nails when I got home because they were uneven, it feels like the nail person did not want to be there. So for next time, I'll stick with the facial and the massage.

Had an incredible experience at this spa! Used a groupon and well worth the money. The staff is super friendly and helpful, not to mention a beautiful spa and hotel. My therapist Wakemah was fabulous, I highly recommend her, best massage I've ever had.

We are staying at the Rennaissance Hotel Sea World gor a week and anyone who has gone on vacation knows how tense and tiring it can be. I have muscular dystrophy and psoriatic arthritis and ao muscle and joint pain are just the norms in my life.
I looked online around 2pm and was able to book an appt for a Weary Traveler 50min massage at 8pm.
The cost is a bit high at $150. But I cannot possibly be more happy with the cost for the service I recieved.
My masseuse was Wakemah, and she was astounding. I always have bad low back.pain and I get massages every 2 weeks to help qith the overall pain. I always leave my regular massages in a bit of pain from the muscle manipulation but today, my pain was completely gone. I have never been so
Wakemah took care to work out all my kinks and was such a pleasant lady! If she werent going on her own vacation after today, I would book with her a few more times before leaving on Saturday.
If you ever need to get relaxed a little or a lot, go ask for Wakemah. You will not be dissapointed!

What a horrible experience my friends and I went and all was good until we were about to leave and girl said u need to check out. We were told have to pay tips about 40% of the price and mandatory!!!!!! We booked through Groupon for 66$ and was told we gotta pay 26$ which we had no problem with even though the fact that it's mandatory was ridiculous !!! I was told have to put all on my card my friend want to pay their own tips cash. They were told no must be on my card !!!!!! What was shocking jo or joey not sure of her name comes out saying cheap customers booking through group on and arguing call security and kick them out !!!!!!!!!!! Just outrageous awful awful experience.

Wonderful massage by Wakemah - I also added on the scalp massage for $25 which was great! I highly recommend this masseuse. The facilities are very nice. The shower was fantastic that I didn't want to leave. I was disappointed they could not provide a hairbrush but had everything else. I recommend to go early and use the relaxation room and sauna - the robes are nice to lounge in!!

I am very impressed with the spa and the quality of products and services. This is one of the few spas here that use organic ingredients and the specialists are extremely knowledgable.

The customer service here is OUTSTANDING. While visiting for work I had some free time where I could spend the afternoon at the spa and it was well worth it.
The facility itself was really nice, with lockers, showers, and a steam room that smelled incredible. The relaxation area was very calming and relaxing. The snacks provided were delicious, especially the pretzels which if I remember were blueberry flavored (?). There was also complementary champagne that was offered and that just made the experience even better!
I went in and had my hair styled for the formal event we had that evening. The stylist did the most amazing job, I have never had my hair styled before, especially a formal styling and she made me look like I had more hair than I felt I did! Everyone and myself loved the hair after and it lasted the whole night. I couldn't be more satisfied with my service here and the quality of their employees. Everyone was so nice and welcoming.
When I saw my coworkers come out from their massages they all looked super relaxed, some of them almost fell asleep when returning to the relaxation room!
If you are looking to splurge on a spa experience while staying here I highly suggest giving this spa a go. You can even use all the facilities the rest of the day if you go in earlier in the day, so your money doesn't go to waste here.
