Many reasons: scent of spa when I walked in. Karen welcomed me and I felt right at home. Covid safety procedures in place. Massage bed comfortable , warm pillow. Massage oils heavenly!! Treatment itself was blissful. Karen took the time to talk to me. Thank you !
