Because I felt like my well-being was the most important thing when I was in there. I felt like it had absolutely nothing to do with oh we have a new client and more money coming in but more like doing what ever could be done to help me whatever that might be. I didn't feel like I was going to be pressured into buying all kinds of things and it was suggested to me to start out with the B12 mic and see how that went and go from there. Charlene actually acted and made me feel like she cared about me and that I was the only person she was focusing on at the time I was there
