From the time I walk in the door I feel welcomed. Summer / Tiffany are super attentive while I'm there for a procedure, answering questions, holding conversation, or not (let's be real we all have quiet days). Both very knowledgeable on services when asked, and it's never a problem getting an appointment. Both Summer & Tiffany do their best to minimize my appointments (to stack them when able). I'm very happy with the experience I've had at Neos over the time I've been coming.
