We loved kayaking and the person who helped us was very nice. The reason for a 9 instead of 10 was because we were running late due to State street being closed and so we tried to call to let someone know but the phone number listed online didn't go through to anyone. It'd be great if there was another way to contact you besides email. Thanks!
