The kayaks were ready for us when we got there and we were assisted by someone to help us bring the kayaks to the dock and she explained how to use the roller docking system which in itself was very nice! It was well organized, easy and helpful. The ONLY thing I might add (even though it wasn't an issue) is just finding a way to get an email confirmation or receipt of the booking online. I didn't get anything confirming that the rental was booked which initially made me nervous. But when I got there she had me down for a rental.
