• You have great teachers. With just 2 lessons I have bettered my playing capabilities immensely. However I think better communication is necessary before charging a person's account. Just today before I got this survey I have seen my account charged twice and the first lesson was supposed to be free and I've only had 2 lessons so far. Noone communicated with me about this second charge.
