• First of all, the owner Samantha is an amazing person - her heart is simply caring and encouraging and I look forward to seeing her during the week. The studio is bright clean and the music and atmosphere are FUN ! Secondly- This barre workout is new to me- I absolutely love barre. It is hard- but my body is changing and my confidence is improving. Barre comes up in many conversations I have during the week. I cannot say enough about Sam the studio and the barre workouts 💜
