• Samantha makes everyone feel welcome, it's a great workout (a surprising calorie burn via Apple Watch) and I can see changes in my body. I've tried Pure Barre and while it's a nice alternative, I don't get the same calorie burn and the classes seem to difficult for me and don't inspire me to return like Neighborhood Barre.
