• I have been searching for a workout that I enjoy for years. After kids, life got in the way. I made “me” a priority this year and skeptically tried Barre. It was an instant love. I cannot remember the last time I looked forward to working out and adjusted my schedule to ensure I could make it happen. Sam and the team are so welcoming and encouraging. I have not had this much energy and haven’t felt this good in a long time. Both inside and out. It is so clear the passion Sam has for this and I am so happy to be a part of the Barre family.
