• Learning how to use the sauna was challenging. I spent a great deal of my session time trying to figure out how to make things work. I had trouble with the sauna, the red light, and getting Bluetooth connected for some sound healing during my visit. That did not allow me to relax and just be for my session. Hopefully, next session will go off smoothly. ☺️
