• The two practitioners I've met with are kind and very helpful. I've gotten more relief from accupuncture at your facility than I have from orthopedists and other doctors who practice western medicine. The staff also doesn't give me shit for running late. So, it really makes the place feel like a safe environment. No one wants to be late when they're getting the only treatment that helps, but who can control the unexpected?

• It was good and will be back. The was a bit of confusion about my appointment. I was under the impression that I booked a private appointment but I was encouraged to participate in community acupuncture. I was hesitant about being in a room with some strangers and talking about why I was there but soon realized not a single person even noticed me. I was able to relax and enjoy my session.
